You need to put some signal input into your tuner from cable, or stilleate, or de-scrambler, etc. Once you put a signal into it, the tuner would format it for your PC and you can watch whatever you put into the tuner.

Pros: Picture quality, price, feuatres, connectivity, warraaty, happieness! Cons: Didnt buy first before I had to RMA last monitor.. Other Thoughts: Have to say im impressed, the instant I opened the packaging then actually turning it on for the first time. Very good picture quality, a vast assortment of tweaking options, has backlight adjustments and PIP! Buy it and be happy!
